站在校门口，映入眼帘的是学校大门精心设计的现代化建筑——一座钢笔上半身的雕塑，别具特色，走进校门，首先看到的是是一片宽敞的平地，由别致小巧的白色、红色小瓷砖铺垫而成，平地的正前方是一个小花坛，呈圆形，而矗立在风中的蓝色与黄色组成的雕塑，和周围的绿树相映衬着，又是一道迷人的风景线。

穿过平地迎楼梯直上，走到尽头是，向右拐就是我们的下操场了，这是一个多功能的长方形运动场。很多同学都在那里练习打篮球，我们学校的篮球队还经常出去打比赛呢。男同学们在这大显身手，一派欣欣向荣的景象。操场上立着高高的旗杆，五星红旗在随风飘扬。风停了，它便垂下来，围住旗杆头，好像一支红缨枪，又像高耸的火炬。
