在我的成长过程中，有许许多多给予我无私的关爱和帮助的人。其中，我最感激的一个人是我的语文老师。语文老师姓沈，沈老师50多岁了，面容，声音都是那么地和蔼可亲，公平，温柔地对待每一位同学，所以她是我们班公认的好老师，我也非常敬佩沈老师。她无时无刻地教导我，关心我。一直很胆小的我从不敢举手回答老师提问的问题。可是那次语文课，却让我有了自信。那次，沈老师提出了一个我会回答的问题，但是缺乏了自信心和勇气，我不敢把手举起来。沈老师似乎看透了我的心思，语重心长地说：“回答错了没关系，关键是要提出自己的观点，这样才能进步。”

那一天，沈老师正在全神贯注地讲课，同学们也在专心致志的记着笔记，突然，从第二排传来了一声呕吐的声音，随之而来的是一阵难闻的臭味，那是我，同学们30双眼睛和沈老师的视线一起投向了那个地方，我顿时万分羞愧和难过，生怕沈老师责怪，可是肚子却又不知趣的疼了起来，我的眉头又皱了起来，沈老师连忙赶过来，先是让两三个同学打扫地上的垃圾，然后让同学帮我倒开水，还问我有没有好一点，我顿时有种说不出来的感觉。哦！我的沈老师！敬爱的沈老师，感谢你的教导！
